Notice of Copyright Infringement
MystStream respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host any video files — all content is embedded from third-party platforms. If you believe that material available through embedded players infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request
Send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone, email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on MystStream where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Designated DMCA Agent
Send takedown requests to: our contact form. Please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
We will process valid requests within 3–5 business days and remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.
Repeat Infringers
MystStream will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
